Every piece of artwork at Framze is custom-printed and framed to order specifically for your space. While we do not issue refunds for a "change of mind" or incorrect size selection, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit so you can find the perfect piece.

Please measure your walls carefully before placing an order.

We take immense pride in the gallery-level quality of our pieces and our secure packaging. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will quickly arrange a direct exchange to make it right.

Please contact our studio promptly upon delivery at hello@framze.com.au.

To help us resolve the issue and fast-track your replacement, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged artwork
  • Clear photos of the packaging it arrived in

Once our team evaluates the issue, we will immediately arrange for a pristine replacement to be produced and shipped to your door.

All custom commissions and photo restorations processed through our Framze Labz studio are final sale and cannot be exchanged once production has commenced, unless damaged in transit.

Please be aware that every phone, monitor, and tablet is calibrated differently. Because of this, the exact brightness, contrast, or colour warmth you see on your backlit screen will naturally have very minor differences compared to a physical print.

Rest assured, our printing process ensures the colours are perfectly consistent. You won't receive a piece where the blues are blown out and the reds are unexpectedly dark—the internal colour harmony remains intact. Translating our digital artwork to a premium physical finish simply creates a beautiful, subtle shift in overall tone.
