As every piece is custom-printed to order we don't offer change of mind refunds. We're happy to offer an exchange or store credit. Please make sure to measure carefully (and twice!) before ordering.

Email hello@framze.com.au with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll fast-track a replacement and arrange collection of the damaged piece.

Great news — this is coming. We're currently building out a licensing model that will offer two levels of exclusivity. The first will allow you to purchase the rights to print and display a piece for personal use. The second will be full commercial exclusivity — the image is removed from the FRAMZE store entirely and becomes wholly owned by you.
